However, there are still many other off-peak times when we would be happy to reserve for your large party, so please call your local restaurant and speak to a manager. We do not take reservations, even for large parties, for dining during busy times such as evenings, weekends, holidays or special event seasons such as prom or graduation. Many locations accept reservations for large parties (seven or more) for dining at quieter times such as for early lunch immediately after we open (11 or 11:30AM) or for weekday afternoons (3 - 5PM). While each location is unique, most of our restaurants have open floor plans which can accommodate a few large parties. Most locations offer our wonderful catering menu and many also offer Curbside To-Go service. Also, almost everything on our menu can be ordered for takeout by phone or at our bakery counters. If you come on a weekday before 6:00PM, you can usually get right in without any wait at all! Our entire menu is always available at our self-seating “high top” tables located in our bar areas. Weekends can be busy all day until about 9PM.

Mike is the store manager and Allison was the manager on duty. The manager came to the table and credited the salad order. When it finally made it to the table, the recipient had to remove items specifically not ordered (dressing and cranberries, I believe). We were able to see the waitress at the order window and when the order came back out, she sent it back as wrong again. The last order, a salad with salmon, came out long after all the other people had finished, and it was made wrong. The next two orders came out about 20 min later, and the next was another 20 min and then 20 min for one more order. The first two orders came out after about 20 min. She took 8 orders with substitutions and alterations without a notepad. The lack of communication between DoorDash and the Cheesecake Factory and the lack of communication between DoorDash and customers is unforgiveable. What I don't get is that he and the staff indicated that this is a frequent occurrence (their words were that the DoorDash tablet is the first thing to go when they get busy) and yet no one has come up with a process to let customers know that their order will not be filled. I get it - I'm very understanding about labor shortages and I was polite to the manager. I call the restaurant and find (after being transferred to 4 different people and finally reaching a manager) that the restaurant "turned off its tablet" around 5pm because the restaurant was busy and short-staffed.
